Everything was as the company said it would be said it and was handled perfectly. Our driver met us on schedule and got us on the train. His guides were superb. The restaurant choices were perfect - we could not have wanted for more. Our only disappointment is that they specialize in only one area of Europe - we would want them for everywhere forever. We can't thank them enough. This was a trip of 14 days and does not fit the profile below because of duration.
